Your first 30 days in a new remote job
The first month sets your reputation. Without a shared office, people form opinions from your messages and your results.
In week one, learn the tools, read any documentation and introduce yourself to the team. Ask what a good first month looks like and write down the answer.
In weeks two and three, deliver a small win early, even something simple. Share progress without being asked, and ask questions in public channels so others can learn from the answers.
By day thirty, check in with your manager about how you are doing and what to focus on next. Asking for feedback early shows maturity.
